WHY SUPPORT URBAN COVENANT
We strongly encourage the entire Church body to support local ministries and charities with their time and resources. However, by supporting Urban Covenant, our supporters will make a powerful impact in two ways:
1. By supporting Urban Covenant, we will have the opportunity to pool resources from many donors whose gifts will provide vital funding for our partners to use where it is needed most. For example: expanding current programs or seed money for new initiatives.
2. The more funds raised, the more Ministry Partners we can engage. There are countless number of ministries and charities throughout the Greater Toronto Area that need our help and Urban Covenant will take all the necessary steps to ensure each organization we engage meets the level of efficiency and accountability that we expect from all our partners.
The needs in the Greater Toronto Area are great and together, supporters can join arms to partner with the many great ministries and charities who are making a Kingdom impact in our communities. Christians joining forces to support those who are making a social and gospel impact right where we live.
Urban Covenant exists because no one person, one charity or one church can reach our cities alone.
